Status: [HYPOTHESIS] — Phase 0, research only. No architecture has been designed and no technology has been chosen.

At Phase 0, "technologies" means two things only: the proposed (hypothesized) shape of an eventual architecture, and the survey of existing real-world systems that informs whether such a thing should be built.

• Architecture — the expected shape of an architecture proposal that does not yet exist. Entirely [HYPOTHESIS]. Describes the open questions (identity, transport, state, simulation, tokenization, trust) and the anti-goals (no blockchain by default, no bypassing MPowerUP's privacy model, no reinventing payments).
• Research — Phase 0 survey of existing real-world systems across P2P procurement, blockchain supply chain, and community currencies. All entries unverified [HYPOTHESIS] pending primary sources.

Known Unknowns

• Whether MPowerUP's Circle model scales to a procurement context (member-vendor relationships differ from peer-peer relationships).
• Whether blockchain / tokenization is load-bearing or vestigial from the research input.
• Which of the surveyed systems are still operating in 2026, and at what verifiable scale.
