Breadcoin¶
A reference link captured for the Community Economics survey. Breadcoin is a physical-token food-access model: a community-distributed coin that recipients redeem for food at participating vendors, who in turn redeem the coins for cash.
It is on the watch list as a real-world community-currency / food-access precedent potentially relevant to MPowerUP's token economy and wholefolk's procurement thesis. [HYPOTHESIS] — not yet evaluated; no measured-impact analysis on file. Promote to a Real-World Models deep entry only after origins, mechanism, and documented outcomes are researched.
